INSTALLATION
Revit addin works with 2024 and 2025 versions
Download the Installer: Access the installation file provided via the shared link.
Launch the Installer: Double-click the downloaded file to initiate the installation process.
Follow the Installation Steps: Proceed through each step of the installation wizard by following the on-screen instructions.
Complete the Setup: Finalize the installation and ensure the program is successfully installed.
QUICKSTART GUIDE
1. Launching the Add-in
Open Revit.
Open the project in which you want to analyze materials
Navigate to the Designbotic Tools tab and locate the Volumetrix icon.
Click on the Volumetrix icon to launch the add-in.
Log in to your account.
2. Placing Scopebox for analysis
In an open project, on any plan view, create a Scope Box.
The Scope Box defines the space within which object volumes will be measured.
Switch to a 3D view to ensure that the Scope Box contains the elements you want to analyze.
3. Analysis
In the Volumetrix window, click “Select Volumes – Scopeboxes”, then select the Scope Box you created and confirm your selection.
A new volume entry will appear in the “Volumes” section of the plugin.
Click on the Scope Box in the list to view calculated volumes of all elements within its boundaries under the “Metrics” section.
You can repeat the process to add multiple Scope Boxes.
4. Data Export
Once you have collected the desired results, you can export the data to a CSV file.

Operating System: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
RAM: 16 GB or more recommeded
GPU: Support for OpenGL 3.1 or higher, minimum 8 GB VRAM
Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 or higher recomended
Disk Space: minimum 1GB for installation + additional space for projects
